Returns & Refunds

At Everstill Skin, your satisfaction means the world to us. We want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns on New, Unopened Items
We gladly accept returns on new, unopened items within 14 days of the shipment date. Refunds will be issued as store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we’re unable to accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out via our Contact Us page and include your order number for faster processing.

  • Products must be returned in new, unopened condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipment
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

For returns over $100, we recommend adding tracking and/or insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding your store credit status.

Damaged or Defective Items
We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and quality. If you’ve received a product that is damaged or defective, please accept our sincerest apologies, and let us make it right.

Reach out to us right away with a photo and your order number, and we’ll take it from there. Once we’ve authorized the return, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.
